Comforts of comfy and airy classic double room with very spacious bathroom were fabulous. Its location was incredible, close to the river, and in a good area. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from Bisham Abbey Golf Club.

Bathroom was very nicely appointed. Staff seemed decent and competent
The room I stayed in looked directly onto a car park and was adjacent to an industrial yard. The view was of a Ford Fiesta grill 1m from the window. The industrial yard was also 1m away from the room wall. It is outrageous to charge gbp 120 pounds for a room situated in such an appalling location. I was woken up twice during the night due to the noise level in the room. If I had paid GBP 30 to stay I would not have complained. The hotel reduced the rate which was a welcome gesture but it still did not make up for the discomfort of the stay.

the staff were incredibly nice and very pleasant people who laughed and joked and provided fast service.
The breakfast they served was mediocre, hope one day it will be much better.

I enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the beautiful gardens. With Marlow Bridge and Higginson Park just a short, pleasant walk away, every stroll revealed picturesque views and charming corners.

The staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating, everything was really good. The team provided a great service and the room was recently refurbished and generous sized with paint peeling off walls, soft mattress plus the bath...

The room was goregous as was the bathroom however the shower was just dreadful. The pressure was not there at all and the temperature, although fully on hot was cold with the odd surge of warm. Not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointing given the rest of the room and hotel was lovely.

beautiful garden, historic charm, local attractions
Parking could be better arranged!!! The confusing layout made navigating the hotel a hassle, and maintenance seems sorely lacking in areas like room upkeep and cleanliness.
